Our passion is to help people beat addiction by changing the way they see it. OP Sober Life focuses on Outpatient Treatment services in San Diego. This is the continued follow-up and support after the intensive work is done, our clients are now becoming used to living a sober life. Recovery is not an ‘event’ it is a process, and continued outpatient treatment is an important piece of the process. You will come into the office 2-3 days a week for individual, group, or family therapy. You will be able to stay in touch with our awesome treatment team and be able to be of service to the clients coming up behind you as a means of giving back and boosting self-esteem. Continued Outpatient is vital to having sobriety become a way of life. OP usually takes from 1 to 1.5 months. IOP Sober Life focuses on Intensive Outpatient Treatment services in San Diego. On discharge, residential treatment centers recommend continuing care to ensure success. Without follow up and accountability to stay on track many clients fall victim to receding back to old behavior followed by an inevitable relapse. Many people do not have the luxury of taking months off from life to go to residential treatment. That is why we provide intensive outpatient services in San Diego. This means you can come to our offices 3-5 days a week and receive treatment before going to work or school. This allows you to maintain your life and responsibilities as well as participating in treatment, it truly is a win. IOP usually takes 3 months before moving down to OP. PHP A full-time (5 to 6 hours a day) intensive therapy-based program that runs up to 5 days a week. This program is designed for those who have just finished detox. This is the highest level of care that we offer. It is for clients who are new to getting sober or have gone through Detox and Inpatient Treatment. For one month, clients come to the office 5 days a week and are treated for 6 hours per day. Sober Life focuses on Outpatient Treatment services. HOLISTIC RECOVERY FOR WOMEN The Villa Kali Ma works as an integrative mind, body and spirit residential treatment center that also offers holistic healing. Villa Kali Ma helps women to forgive their past mistakes so they can transform into who they are truly meant to be. Our mission is to help women to recover from guilt, fear, shame, and loss of power. Full treatment programs that offer physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, nutritional, and educational assistance are available. Villa Kali Ma, a women’s residential recovery facility located in San Diego, is a place of peaceful beauty. The Villa Kali Ma is named after the Goddess Kali, known for being the Goddess of radical transformation in Hindu mythology. She is also known as the slayer of demons and the destroyer of ignorance. Around her neck, she wears several severed heads as a necklace. These heads represent unresolved past traumas, fears, and pain from the past. All three of these can lead to addiction, low self-esteem and depression. It is said that she represents death of an illusion and can help her children find freedom from attachment to things that no longer serve them. The gorgeous, resort-like Villa offers many different amenities such as guest suites with full bathrooms and either queen or full-sized beds. Two guest rooms have ocean views while one guest room has a patio that leads right out to the walk-through garden and labyrinth. This most often comes in the form of lost finances, homes, relationships, and even careers but most painfully, there is a loss of self.  ATSI (Addiction Treatment Services International) recognizes addiction as a destructive disease that affects individuals and families as a whole and understands how important intervention and treatment is. While some individuals who are addicted to drugs understand that they need treatment, others are unaware that there is even a drug issue. Addiction cannot be beat alone; it is a complex, integrative disease. Self-recovery often leads to relapses and strong drug cravings. It is vital to get help as soon as possible in either situation. ATSI has many great benefits: Personalized treatment along with family therapy and a supportive aftercare program. As intensive inpatient and outpatient treatment is also offered A program dedicated to relapse prevention during and after treatment. ATSI staff are with their clients every step of the way and even after treatment has been completed. Drug or alcohol treatment is offered to patients of all ages. It is their guarantee that a client who accepts and follows through on a 90-day program will achieve a successful long road to sobriety.  If clients return to the facility after treatment due to a relapse, ATSI will pay for 30 more days of treatment. Our ATSI Amenities: ATSI is a comfortable and modern 8500-square foot facility that not only has a real home-life vibe but is also free from distractions.   The reception area is designed with cheerful colors and natural light which makes it very inviting for prospective clients and/or their families. A large conference room for group therapy and smaller rooms for one-on-one sessions is also offered. On the first floor, a kitchen area can be found which has a watercolor, a Keurig coffee system, a sink, a full-size refrigerator, and a microwave oven. On the second floor, staff offices and addiction counseling areas can be found along with a flow-through of natural light. ATSI Treatment Programs: Each client is approved for a therapy program that not only offers an array of different therapies but also allows access to the tools needed to stay clean and sober. It is ATSI’s mission to restore balance and encourage hope. ASTI understands that substance abuse addiction can come from a history of emotional turmoil and trauma. Laguna View offers luxury, home-styled addiction treatment therapy and detox for prospective clients. Detox includes a safe and secure environment that allows for less pain and danger when it comes to ridding the body of substances. Treatment therapy involves RTC (Residential Treatment Center) which includes therapy from the best clinical team members within the industry. RTC is about getting to the source of addiction, the root cause. Once the root is found, healing can begin. Different life skill-building techniques that are used include life-changing services, individual and group therapy, private/semi-private accommodations, medication-assisted detox, holistic care, comprehensive aftercare planning, family/support sessions, and smart recovery. About Our Facility and Programs With ITTR, you can count on the highest level of care for stability, mental health treatment, and intensive medical care. Levels of care at ITTR include medical detox, inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and standard outpatient. Additionally, Medical detox may be offered as a stand-alone program or included in these programs. Depending on the type of substance used, medical detox can be a  necessary first step toward recovering from addiction. Certain types of drugs interact with the body in ways that increase the risk for serious medical emergencies when stopped abruptly. For instance, central nervous system depressants like alcohol and benzodiazepines interact with neurotransmitters in the brain and body to increase the risk for seizures. Opioids like heroin and painkillers trigger drug cravings that are often severe enough to cause relapse and overdose. Some patients may not need drug detox, but this treatment eliminates toxins from the body to help patients start feeling better physically, mentally, and emotionally. PROGRAMS OFFERED Medical Drug Detox Medical detox is usually the first stage of addiction treatment for those who are physically dependent on drugs and alcohol. Drug and alcohol detox takes place in a supervised medical setting where patients can sleep and rest as they go through withdrawal. Medications may be used to relieve withdrawal symptoms and lessen any discomfort. Outpatient Drug Rehab Outpatient drug rehab programs are more flexible for those who have resumed their work, education, and/or family lives. Available during daytime, evening, and weekend hours, and it provides individual and group behavioral interventions that help patients stay on track with recovery. Medications and dual diagnosis therapy are also available at outpatient rehab for those who may be experiencing post-acute withdrawal symptoms or who have a co-occurring mental illness. Patients who receive outpatient care are often more independent and have learned skills that help them avoid relapse. Inpatient and Residential Drug Rehab Inpatient and residential rehab programs usually last for one to three months and allow patients to live at the treatment facility where they receive 24-hour medical care and support. Inpatient programs offer intensive care in an acute hospital setting and are usually necessary for those who have serious physical and/or psychological health needs. Residential programs offer structure and support to those who are physically and emotionally stable, but who may have a history of relapse or a non-supportive, unstable living environment.
