Having at least 4 cups of spinach a day will keep the doctor away. If you do not like to eat spinach plain, you can add it to a smoothie or sauteed spinach. Sauteed spinach includes olive oil and minced garlic.
This fruit is high in vitamin K, C, and manganese. If you are looking for a boost to your brain and lower cortisol levels, definitely add this into your daily diet. Blueberries are loaded with anitoxidants and can be eaten plain or with a smoothie. My favorite is adding them to a green smoothie.
